Would you think that Picasso’s work was related to what he watched on TV? The Picasso Museum of Malaga aims to show some of these unexpected links.

French TV between 1966 and 1970 had an influence on the work of the genius from Malaga. The exhibition shows prints, oil paintings and lithographs, alongside stills and fragments from films, series and recordings shown on the black and white TV of the time. This serves to highlight how television’s fast language, the narrative process of its scenes and the large number of images of all kinds coming together on the screen were also present in the work of his last years.
