The Rendez-Vous 2017 Tall Ships Regatta will mark the 150th anniversary of the Canadian confederation.

13 – 16 April 2017: The Rendez-Vous 2017 Tall Ships Regatta will mark the 150th anniversary of the Canadian confederation. The transatlantic race meeting will start in London’s Greenwich and gather for four days on the River Thames before setting sail for Canada via Sines in Portugal, Bermuda and Boston.

Visitors can buy tickets to get on board Tall Ships for cruises on the Thames to Tower Bridge and back.

Greenwich is also the permanent home of another famous British boating attraction – the Cutty Sark. Step on-board the world’s only surviving tea clipper and back in to the 19th century, or walk beneath the boat and touch the original hull planks.
